Stuff We Get Asked A Lot

How does the Saturday line lottery work?

Every Saturday morning at 7:45 a.m. everyone in attendance draws a number which determines their place in line. Once you have your number, find your place in the line, Numbers will be collected at the door, in order, as you enter. If you arrive after the drawing, simply go to the end of the line - you won't need a number to get in. We open our doors at 8:00 a.m. sharp!

How can you afford to offer items at such a low price?

We can offer the products at a low price because we are able to keep our costs down by purchasing by the truckload, not individually pricing items, and not stocking shelves. We don't have a fancy store, but that allows us to focus on getting the best deals for you!

How to I get the big ticket items?

Saturdays are restock days - On the weekends you will find items with higher retail value (electronics, furniture, outdoor equipment, etc.)

Why don't you offer refunds?

We don't individually price or tag items, instead we use a daily storewide price and our receipts don't list individual items. This is why we cannot accept returns, refunds or exchanges.

But we do want you to be happy with your purchase, so we offer a "Try Before You Buy" station at the store where you can test all electronics, light bulbs, and inspect everything out of the box before you purchase it!
